POLICIES

SHIPPING / PROCESSING TIME

We aim to ship order out within 15 business days from the date of purchase. This does not include intransit time.

PREORDERS: will vary by product. Each preorder will have its own ETA.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All items ship with USPS first class mail, typically 3-5 business days intransit, not including processing time. A tracking number is provided VIA email once your item has shipped.

Express shipping is available, but this does not include processing time. Processing time is within 15 days from time of purchase for made-to-order orders. Express shipping only pertains to intransit time, usually 2-3 business days. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international packages are shipped via International First Class. 

  • You, the buyer, will be responsible for your country’s sales tax and/or duties.
  • Customs fees are the responsibility of you, the buyer.
  • Taxes and Duties are calculated based off of original retail prices not sale prices.
  • If you refuse to pay your customs fees and your package is returned to us we will not refund you money as we do not offer refunds.
  • You will incur additional shipping fees to have your package resent. 

DAMAGED / LOST MAIL

Packages marked as delivered, but are -not received- are the customer's responsibility to track. Domax Kids is not liable for damaged/lost packages. If your item has been lost in transit, please contact your local post office or visit the links provided below.

*We do not issue refunds on lost packages*

RETURNS / REFUNDS

ALL sales are final. Returns are only permitted if item is defective, or you received the incorrect item.

EXCHANGES

We understand that children grow, and each clothing line has different sizing. We only offer exchanges within 5 business days of receiving your items.

  • To request an exchange email domaxkidscollection@gmail.com with "EXCHANGE REQUEST" and order# in subject line and the following information:
    1. Reason for exchange
    2. Item to exchange for 
  • Exchanges will be offered for items returned unwornunwashed, and tags attached. 
  • We do not offer exchanges on holiday or sale items.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Proof of purchase is required (your emailed order confirmation).

COUPON CODE:

Coupon codes may not be combined. You are responsible for making sure your coupon code has been entered at check out. Coupons cannot be applied to previous orders.
